Police say the Western Division recorded the highest number of bookings with 83 reports.

The Southern Division recorded 24 bookings, 15 in the North and 7 in the East.

According to Police, it is worrying that traffic officers continue to book people for failing to wear a seatbelt.

Forty-one bookings for failing to wear a seat belt were recorded in the last 24 hours.

The Western Division had the highest number of bookings with 38 reports, 2 in the Southern Division and 1 in the Northern Division.

Police confirm that six drivers were arrested in the last 24 hours for drunk driving.

The Western, Southern and Eastern Divisions all recorded 2 cases each.
