Kadavu Rugby Union President, Lynda Tabuya says they are bidding for a place to advance to the Skipper Cup Competition next year.

Tabuya highlighted this during an interview with fijivillage News saying they have also established a women’s team and an under 20 team who will also be camping during this period.

She says they are blessed to have the services of two time Olympic gold medal trainer Naca Cawanibuka.

The Kadavu Rugby President says Cawanibuka is looking at their training, meal plans and logistics, and they are very thankful to him for volunteering his services.

She says they will be hosting 3 games in Vunisea this year.

The Kadavu team is pooled with Serua, Navosa and Malolo with the Vodafone Vanua Cup Competition kicking off on February 24th.
