It’s confirmed that Roy Krishna will not feature in the A-League although there were talks about him joining his former team, Wellington Phoenix.

Krishna’s Manager, Naziah Ali Krishna confirms that Roy Krishna will most likely play in the Indian Super League and an official announcement is expected next Friday.

Krishna is currently in negotiations with a few Indian clubs and one of them is ATK.

Krishna was the joint top-scorer in the Indian Super League last season with 15 goals where he helped ATK clinch their third Super League title.

There are also reports that Mumbai City FC which is owned by Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor and East Bengal FC have also approached him.
