Deputy Leader of the People’s Alliance Party, Ro Filipe Tuisawau in the Acting Prime Minister while Prime Minister, Sitiveni Rabuka is out of the country this week.

On normal rotation, Deputy Prime Minister, Manoa Kamikamica was due to be in the acting position.

The previous Acting PM appointment was held by Deputy Prime Minister, Professor Biman Prasad.

We have asked Rabuka why he has not appointed one of his deputies as Acting Prime Minister which has been the normal practice.

He is yet to respond.
