Defending champions of the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby League competition, Naitasiri Secondary School has secured their semifinal spot in the Vodafone South and Eastern Zone Secondary School Rugby League after beating a determined Assemblies of God side 14-10 in a thrilling quarterfinal clash at the Marcellin Primary School ground.

Naitasiri showed their experience by striking early with a powerful try from Jope Maravu, who was later named the player of the match.
