45 men’s teams have confirmed their participation in the 48th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s tournament next month.

The men’s U21 have all been filled, but there are still 3 spots left in the Women’s and U18 men’s divisions.

Fiji Bitter Marist 7s Organising Committee Chairman Lawrence Tikaram says they are looking at a total of 45 men’s teams, 12 women’s teams, and 18 teams in the U18 and U21 Men’s and Women’s divisions that will be participating in the 3-day competition.

Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s champion, Army Green and Fiji Bitter Nahehevia 7s champs Fire Rugby have booked their spots as favourites, and there is still no confirmation whether defending Marist 7s champion Police Blue will be participating or not.

The 48th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s, which is the final leg of the Fiji Bitter 7s Series, will be held from the 21st to the 23rd of next month at the HFC Bank Stadium, Suva.
