The J Santaram fire was caused by an electrical fault.
This is after the National Fire Authority submitted its report to Police.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says they will now compile a report after a complete investigation.
The J Santaram Warehouse and part of the Lotus Garments outlet were destroyed in the fire last month.
At least 53 workers from the J Santaram Supermarket and more than 90 workers from the Lotus Garments were affected by the fire.
