Five new Board Directors have been appointed for the Fiji Cooperative Dairy Company Limited at their AGM yesterday.
They are Mahendra Singh, Kashmir Singh, Martin Compain, Dhirendra Prakash and Jagdish Chandra.
They used the Fijian Elections Office to conduct the election for its new Board of Directors.
Chairman, Simon Cole says there were contentious elections in the past and thus the idea of using the Elections Office to address potential controversy.
He says all the shareholders welcomed the idea and it worked.
