The Chiefs will look to maintain their 10-year dominance over the Blues on Hamilton soil when they meet this Saturday.

The last time the Blues won against the Chiefs in Hamilton was way back in 2010.

The Chiefs are currently in third place while the Blues are leading the Super Rugby Aotearoa points table.

The Chiefs who lost 28-27 last week to the Highlanders will aim to improve their performance to outclass a star compact Blues team who thumped the Hurricanes 30-20 in their first match.

The Chiefs has the services of former All Black Aaron Cruden, Damien McKenzie, Nathan Harris, Luke Jacobson and Pita Gus Sowakula.

The Blues will look to their star players such as Beauden Barrett, Otere Black, Reiko Ioane, and captain Patrick Tuipulotu to break their 10-year losing streak against the Chiefs in Hamilton.

The Chiefs will take on the Blues at 7.05pm Saturday while the Crusaders will face the Hurricanes at 3.35pm Sunday.
