 972 athletes to feature in 2021 Triple N Zone
Students training at the ANZ stadium yesterday.

972 athletes from 17 schools in Naitasiri, Nausori and Nakasi will be competing in the Triple N Zone today at the ANZ Stadium.

Two events were held yesterday.

Vilimaina Naituku of Naitasiri Secondary School won gold in the girl’s 3,000 metres open grade, Nanise Vakacegu of Adi Cakobau School settled for silver and Paulini Latileta of Sila Central High School finished third.

In the boy’s division, Nacanieli Mohan of Lomaivuna High School won gold, Jemesa Niukula of Wainimala Secondary School settled for silver and Alifereti Kuli of Waidina Secondary School finished third.

Lelean Memorial School is the defending champion in the boys division while Adi Cakobau School is the defending champion in the girls division.
