Bula FC head coach Stéphane Auvray says the club wants to be more consistent, create a greater attacking impact and finish more chances as it prepares for its second OFC Professional League season.
Auvray says the team had some very good performances last season but failed to convert enough of its chances, while in other matches it spent much of its time defending.
He says the focus this season is to have greater control of games, regardless of the opposition.
Auvray says the club wants to see a change in the way it approaches matches, with greater composure and attacking influence.
The head coach says Bula FC exceeded expectations in its first season, finishing third in the regular season despite the challenges of building a new team within a short period.
The Bula Warriors will begin their 2027 campaign in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, where they take on Tahiti United on the 22nd of January.
They then travel to Australia and New Zealand before returning to Fiji for its circuit in May, with matches scheduled at Govind Park in Ba, before the season concludes with the league finals in Honiara, Solomon Islands, in June.
