The FIJI Water Flying Fijians will need to bring more structure and organisation to the team's defensive system and also work really hard on their discipline to avoid giving away penalties.

That is the observation from Defence Coach David Ellis, who has been involved with the side since Fiji's matches in the Pacific Nations Cup against Canada and Japan last month.

He says they have set certain standards since he started with the team, and they have been meeting these standards to reduce the number of penalties they concede, which will help them stay more competitive during games.

Meanwhile, the Flying Fijians continue their preparations in Japan for their international test match this Saturday at 5.50pm at Prince Chichibu Rugby Stadium in Tokyo.
