Get ready for a wild ride as Paul Rudd and Jack Black gear up to make audiences laugh and scream in their new comedy adventure Anaconda, set to hit cinemas tomorrow on Boxing Day.

Directed by Tom Gormican, who co-wrote the screenplay with Kevin Etten based on a story by Hans Bauer, Jim Cash and Jack Epps Jr., the film promises a mix of comedy, chaos and thrilling action.

The story follows lifelong friends Doug, played by Jack Black, and Griff, played by Paul Rudd, who set out to remake their favourite movie, the cinematic classic Anaconda.

Their adventure takes them deep into the Amazon, but the fun turns dangerous when a real giant anaconda appears, turning their chaotic film set into a life-threatening challenge.

The cast also includes Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior and Selton Mello.

The film is produced by Brad Fuller, Andrew Form, Kevin Etten and Tom Gormican, with Samson Mücke serving as executive producer.
