Leadership skills boosted as 17 participants complete Outsource Fiji Program

A total of 17 graduates from Outsource Fiji completed the Leadership Graduation Program this morning, a milestone that is expected to enhance their leadership skills in their respective workplaces.

While speaking at the event, Outsource Fiji President Morika Hunter says the program particularly supports women, describing them as incredible, multi-talented resources.

Hunter also emphasized the importance of continuing to support women in the community and the sector and of encouraging more women to join the program.

She says the goal is for participants to learn and understand the concept of leadership and other related values that can make a positive difference in their work environments.

Outsource Fiji Executive Director Josefa Wivou says the six-week leadership program revealed many talented individuals within the team.

Wivou adds that today’s achievement represents a step forward for participants in any role they currently hold with an outsourcer, giving them the opportunity to grow into leadership positions they aspire to.
