Asco Motors partners Unit Trust of Fiji for the Employee Investment Scheme

Asco Motors Fiji has today become Unit Trust of Fiji’s 45th partner for the Employee Investment Scheme which will provide a platform for over 300 employees of Asco Motors to contribute to their financial wealth by way of salary direct deductions.

Unit Trust of Fiji’s CEO, Vilash Chand says they have eased the process of investment and employees of Asco Motors will be able remit the funds directly to their investment account by way of salary deductions after opening an account.

Chand says the returns they provide on the investment is tax-free.

He adds they have also waived the minimum investment value which means an employee can join their fund for as low as $1.

Chand also reveals 300 employees of Asco Motors will also not bear any transaction costs and if there are any costs related to transfer of funds between Asco Motors and Unit Trust of Fiji, then the companies will bear the cost.
