The FIJI Water Flying Fijians are well prepared for tomorrow’s Test match against Japan, with Nadroga-born Nadi rugby player Peni Naruma saying the team remains focused on its goals and continues to learn from its senior players.
Naruma, who is a member of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces, has represented Nadi in the Skipper Cup and is now with the Flying Fijians in Japan.
He says preparations have been going well this week, with the team working hard ahead of the match.
Naruma says the dreams and goals of the younger players have not changed, and he has learned a lot from the senior players in the national team.
He says he is grateful for their guidance and continues to learn something new every day.
Naruma says he is also enjoying the opportunity to be part of the Fiji national team camp.
He adds that the team is well prepared for tomorrow’s Test against Japan.
Fiji will play Japan at 5.50pm tomorrow in Tokyo.
