Light training aircraft overturns
A light training aircraft has overturned after landing at Nausori airport earlier this morning.

We have received confirmation that the Cessna 150 overturned near the runway however there were no serious injuries.

Permanent Secretary for Civil Aviation, Elizabeth Powell said that officials are now looking into the matter.


She confirmed that the aircraft was from Advance Aviation Training Limited.

Police say the plane was manned by a European pilot from Nadi to Nausori.

The pilot training school's Manager, Tevita Nakaroti said that they will not comment as CAAFI investigations are underway.
