Police are expected to question the main suspect this weekend in relation to the alleged Colo-i-Suva beating two and a half weeks ago, where eight men are alleged to have been involved.
Police Chief of Operations, ACP Rusiate Tudravu said the main suspect is expected back from training this weekend.
ACP Tudravu said that Police continues to liaise with the Military in relation to the investigations as they will deal first with the main suspect.
When asked however about the 7 others involved in the alleged beating, Tudravu said he has not received any clear report about them.
On the 4th of this month the man was allegedly picked up from his office by eight men who he claims they were soldiers.
He alleges he was taken up to the bushes at Colo-i-Suva where he was beaten up and left to find his own way back.
The complainant who is a sales executive alleges that one of the men was having an extra marital affair with his relative.
