Controversial Solomon Islands Attorney General Julian Moti has the right to come to Fiji as he is a Fiji born citizen.
This has been confirmed by Immigration Director, Viliame Naupoto after PNG's The National reported that Solomon Island police are understood to be watching Moti's movements amid rumors over the past week that he intends to fleek and seek sanctuary in Fiji, where he was born.
Solomons Chief Justice Albert Palmer last weekend rejected Moti's application to prevent his deportation by the new Solomons Government which has promised to expel him and send him back to Australia to face child sex charges.
It has also been reported in The National that the Papua New Guinea government has advised its airlines and relevant authorities at all ports of call to refuse Moti entry into the country.
