Eight overseas based players have been confirmed to be in the 12 member Digicel Fiji Sevens team to defend the Melrose Cup in Dubai next weekend.
Coach Iliesa Tanivula had confirmed that France based Napolioni Nalaga, Sireli Bobo and England based Apolosi Satala will team up with the side in Dubai.
Tanivula is expecting Jone Daunivucu, Neumi Nanuku and Filimoni Bolavucu to join the side in Sigatoka tonight.
"Man Mountain" Semisi Naevo and Filimoni Delasau played in the Marist Sevens and are guaranteed a place in the team.
The 2008 FRU Coach of the year is now eyeing Daunivucu to be his first choice playmaker with Nasoni Roko, Vereniki Goneva and Waisale Suka to be his backup.
Tanivula believes the experience provided by the overseas players will help the side a lot in their preparation.
The Fiji Sevens team will leave for Sigatoka this afternoon.
