Ratabacaca withdraws application for bail variations
All Nations Church General Superintendent, Reverend Epeli Ratabacaca has withdrawn the application for bail variations.

Ratabacaca's lawyer, Aseri Vakaloloma informed the Suva High Court that his client withdrew the application due to personal commitments.

State lawyer, Seini Puamau did not object and Justice Salesi Temo granted the withdrawal.

Puamau told the court she will file more information in relation to the charges before a plea is taken.

Last Friday, Ratabacaca informed the court that he wanted to travel to New Zealand this week.

Ratabacaca is charged with two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.

Ratabacaca has been released on bail to appear on the 21st of October.
