The Citizen's Constitutional Forum said Police Commissioner, Commodore Esala Teleni should allow his officers to investigate the treason complaint against the Interim Prime Minister, members of the interim cabinet and the military council.
CCF Director, Reverand Akuila Yabaki said the law is clear on such cases.
However he said members of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji should not be implicated in the case.
