The Public Health team that are currently in Navosa are hoping to vaccinate more than 5000 people as the vaccination programme is expected to come to an end today.
Health Ministry Spokesperson, Iliesa Tora said Operation Savaliga has entered into it's third week and as of yesterday they had vaccinated 4,190 people from ages two and above.
He also said inspections and meetings will continue over the next month to ensure that people follow proper hygiene practices.
The health team has already visited 15 villages, 12 settlements and four schools.
So far 190 people who have shown symptoms of typhoid have been treated.
