The Fiji Human Rights Commission will not be taking any statements at all with regard to the Evan Hannah deportation saga.
This was the comment of Ombudsman and FHRC chairperson, Shaista Shameem who said that the commission would not be giving any comments as the matter is before the Courts.
Shameem added that the country will know on Wednesday what the Court's decision is and that they will respect that.
