Even without their star players next weekend at the Coral Coast 7s, the Wardens Gold rugby team will still be a side to lookout for.
Coach Timoci Wainiqolo said seasoned campaigners like Niko Verekauta, Jone Vota, Epeli Naituivau and Rusiate Tadulala will bolster the side.
Lepani Botia, Joji Ragamate, Ilai Tinai and Alipate Ratini will not feature for the defending champions.
Wainiqolo added that Botia, Tinai, Ragamate and Ratini will play for Wardens today at the Service sevens at Ratu Cakobau Park.
Meanwhile, the Coral Coast 7s will kick off next Thursday at Lawaqa Park.
