The men’s semi-final matchups are locked in at the McDonald’s Coral Coast Fiji 7s, with four top sides set to clash at Lawaqa Park this afternoon.

In the first semi final at 1.30pm, Police Blue will face an unbeaten Yaro Chiefs side.

Police Blue won two of their pool matches, edging Sydney Nadi 12-10 and thrashing Seattle Barbarians 29-0, but narrowly lost to Fiji Babas 7-5.

The Yaro Chiefs have looked unstoppable, going unbeaten in pool play.

They demolished Japan SDS 57-0, edged Drua 7s 17-12, and crushed British Army 45-0.

The second semi final at 1.50pm will see McDonald's Mike Friday Select 7s up against the also undefeated Ravuka Sharks.

Mike Friday’s side beat Dominion Brothers 21-5 and Chennai Bulls Select 33-0, but were beaten 31-14 by USA 7s.

Ravuka Sharks topped their pool with three straight wins, beating NZ Development 22-7, Y-Is Kava Vacalea 12-5, and Bula Bay 7s 43-0.

The men’s final kicks off at 5.35pm.
