He also says everyone should understand that the streets are a scary place to live on and no kid wishes to be there.
Sonner denounces the narrative that the kids do not want to return to their homes and prefer to stay on the streets.
He says most of them only prefer to do that because of the aggression at home.
Sonner plans to set up his own Foundation one day to help the people on the streets.
The 28 year old now runs a company called Limitless Marketing which is helping SMEs grow with AI-Powered Digital Marketing.
He is currently working with Aruka Fiji which is a social positive network founded by Ratu Inoke Drauna.
Ratu Inoke set up Aruka Fiji after he lost two of his friends to suicide and noticed there is a lack of support for people dealing with grief and social issues like poverty and prostitution.
Aruka Fiji engages Counsellors/Social Workers and Youth Development personnel.
Their inception in 2019 during COVID-19 allowed them to respond and provide psychological and psycho-social support for needy and grieving widows thus providing advocacy and support (safety, security, health, employment and educational support) for abandoned teens that are either street kids and teen sex workers.
