The Suva High Court has given both counsels in the case of British and Fijian national Charlie Charters until next week Wednesday to file all submissions.
Charters is charged by FICAC with 2 counts of Aiding and Abetting and his case was called before Suva High Court Judge Justice Pita Bulamainaivalu this morning.
Charters was not present as he was granted a bail variation earlier this year to reside and work in Hong Kong.
Today, the High Court checked on the compliance of both parties.
Defence Council Sefron Fatiaki says they have all filed their affidavits and also Wylie Clarke.
The case has been adjourned to next Friday, 19th of June, for the Permanent Stay hearing.
