Rewa River continues to rise

The water level of the Rewa River is increasing 2 centimeters every half an hour.
This has been confirmed by the Commissioner Central’s office which said that as at 10am, the water level has increased to 4.26 meters.
The critical level is 4.5 meters.
People living in lower Koronivia, Toga, Waila, Dilkusha and Rewa Delta have been asked to take the necessary precautions.
The next reading will be this hour.
Meanwhile, the water level in the Navua River has receded.
