The Fiji Police force has received 598 complaints against the service of the force and police officers between January and August this year.
On this note, Police Commissioner Brigadier General Iowane Naivalarua has called on the police officers to put their minds together to rid off these complains.
He revealed that most of the Complaints against Police were recorded in the Southern Division while the Western division formed the bulk of Complaints against Service.
About 365 cases have been investigated and resolved by the Discipline and Ethics Division of the force.

Divisional commanders have been urged to toughen up and enforce the rules of the Fiji Police Force to rid off both complaints.
The Police Commissioner said these complaints were major problems that continued to haunt and overshadow the efforts of the force.
