Investigations continue into the damage done to a Fiji Airways A330-200 following a heavy landing incident at the Sydney Airport last month.
CEO and Managing Director Stefan Pichler said until the Head of Safety and Security provides him with the final results of the investigations no further comments will be made on the pilot nor the cost of damage.
Pichler earlier said the airline has temporarily adjusted its schedule to cover the unserviceable aircraft.
Fiji Airways’ fleet comprises of three A330-200s, three Boeing 737-800s and one 737-700.
