Auckland City sneaks into OFC Champions semis

The five times and defending champions of the OFC Champions League Auckland City has sneaked in to the 2014 OFC Champions League semifinals as the best runner up.

This is after the AS Pirae defeated the Waitakere United side 3-1 in their last pool match yesterday.

Meanwhile the Ba soccer team will play Amicale FC of Vanuatu in one of the semi-finals while AS Pirae will take on the defending champions Auckland City in the other semifinal of the OFC Champions league.

The semifinals will be played on a home and away series starting next weekend.
