It's a night for the All Blacks at the New Zealand Rugby Awards in Auckland as skipper Richie McCaw won the player of the year award for the fourth time, having previously won the honour in 2003, 2006 and 2009.
The All Blacks also won the team of the year, while Steve Hansen won coach of the year ahead of Chiefs mentor Dave Rennie and Sevens guru Gordon Tietjens.
All Blacks centre Conrad Smith took out Super Rugby player of the year while Chiefs flanker Liam Messam named Maori player of the year.
