Former Principal Information Officer at the Ministry of Works, Sainiana Radrodro is expected to take plea next month.
She is facing charges relating to allegedly using the name of the Minister for Works to receive money from people. It is alleged that Radrodro did this on 11 occasions between 2010 and last year.
Radrodro appeared in the Magistrate Yohan Liyange where defense lawyer Seruwaia Nayacalevu informed the court that they need more time to serve more disclosures.
Radrodro will reappear in court on the 4th of next month for plea.
