All Blacks prop Tony Woodcock believes they are better prepared to deal with the French forwards than they were in June.
The two teams meet for the fourth and final time this year tomorrow in Paris.
Woodcock said they have improved in areas where France got the better of them midyear.
Woodcock said the French scrum will be just as good under the new engagement laws as they were in June under the old ones.
The All Blacks will meet France at 9am tomorrow.
Meanwhile, winning Super Rugby Chiefs winger Asaeli Tikoirotuma and former Fiji 7s captain Lepani Botia will make their debut for the Flying Fijians when they take on Portugal this Sunday.
Fiji plays Portugal tomorrow at 4am.
In other test matches tomorrow, England hosts Argentina at 3.30am, Wales play South Africa at 6.30am while Ireland face Samoa at 6.45am.
