The Consumer Council of Fiji continues to receive medical and dental related complaints.
The Chief Executive Officer Premila Kumar said these cases are referred to the Fiji Medical and Dental Secretariat but barely any progress in these cases are made.
The Council is calling on the Fiji Medical and Dental Secretariat to speed up the process of handling complaints.
Kumar said it is time that the Fiji Medical and Dental Secretariat gets its act together and become more responsive to complaints in an efficient manner.
