Man pleads not guilty to assault and rape charge

A man charged with three counts of indecent assault and one count of rape today pleaded not guilty in the Suva High Court.

It is alleged that between 2006 and February 2010, the accused indecently assaulted and raped a girl in Navua.

The trial is currently underway before Judge Justice Salesi Temo.
