The jury in the trial of accused triple murderer Max Sica has retired to consider its verdict on the 76th day of proceedings in Brisbane.
The presiding judge finished his summing up shortly after the start of day 76 of the hearing in the Supreme Court today.
The 12 members of the jury then retired to begin deliberations shortly after midday.
42-year-old Sica has pleaded not guilty to murdering former Fiji citizens – 24-year-old Neelma Singh, 18-year-old Kunal Singh and 12-year-old Sidhi Singh in Brisbane on April 21st, 2003.
The three were found dead in the spa of their family home.
It is the longest running criminal trial in Queensland Supreme Court history.
