It is not confirmed whether the Fiji 7's team will play in the Uprising 7's tournament next month.
Last year, two teams were fielded from the Fiji 7's squad in the Uprising 7's which set as a build up to the Wellington 7's.
A confirmation is expected later this week.
The uprising 7's will be held on the 18th and 19th of next month at Churchill Park.
