Thirteen people appeared in the Lautoka Magistrates Court today charged in relation to the alleged assault of the owners of a resort on Naukacuvu Island earlier this week.
Three people have been charged with assault, one has been charged with damaging property while others have been charged with criminal trespass.
Three people have also been ordered not to return to Yasawa, while all of them have been released on bail with strict conditions.
According to police, on Monday a dispute arose after 16 workers of the resort were given termination letters by the owner for not turning up to work and inconsistent performance.
The case will be called on 21st June.
