Ten people are expected to appear in court later today charged with assault, damaging property, criminal trespass and causing nuisance in relation to the alleged assault on the owners of a resort on Naukacuvu Island.
According to police on Monday a dispute arose after 16 workers of the resort were given termination letters by the owner for not turning up to work and inconsistent performances.
