With Lautoka being one of the hardest hit areas, the damages according to Divisional Provincial Officer Luke Moreivalu is massive.
Moreivalu said a damage assessment is still being carried out with a report also expected from FSC on the damages to cane fields.
Electricity has been restored to the main business district yet movement is restricted between 6pm and 6am.
Meanwhile, in the West, major damages to schools have also been reported.
