Criticism at reforms like for Fiji National Provident Fund have been made by some so called "prominent economists" according to the Prime Minister.
Speaking at the 20th anniversary of the Exporter of the Year award last night, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has highlighted he will not hesitate to review structures and relations that have impeded sustained economic growth.
In addition Commodore Bainimarama highlighted that Air Pacific was saved because his Government made the appropriate decisions which included the application of the Essential Industries Decree to Air Pacific.
He added that the national airline has made a remarkable turnaround, instead of closing down or cutting jobs.
Meanwhile Main Award winner for the 2012 Vodafone and Westpac Prime Minister's Exporter, Group CEO for the Biscuit Company Ltd, Ram Bajekal said Government is very supportive especially on the removal of the import duty.
There were 12 award recipients last night at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf and Spa.
