An Asian man who damaged the number plate frame of a Government vehicle has been ordered to pay a fine of $140 dollars.
Zhao Ma appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court charged with damaging property, the Court heard that Ma was travelling in a car with a friend last Saturday at Forster road in Suva when he was stopped by a policeman on duty.
The court heard that Ma got off the car and kicked the number plate frame valued at $40, the property of the Fiji Police Force.
He admitted the offence.
