Disabled man killed in Nadi house fire
A 48-year-old disabled man died in a house fire at Aladutta Road off the Nadi back road on Friday afternoon.

Fire fighters attempted to rescue the 48-year-old when they arrived at the property, but it was not possible due to the intensity of the fire and the house was fully engulfed in flames.

The 48-year-old was alone at home as his family was away at the time of the fire incident.

The house did not have electricity.

NFA and Police are conducting investigations to determine the cause of the fire.

Fire fighters managed to extinguish the fire and stopped it from spreading to a neighbouring house.
