Workplaces in the private sector need to make the call on whether work should go ahead today.
Permanent secretary for the Ministry of Information Sharon Smith-Johns said as far as the private sector is concerned, it is up to the employers to make the call while the work today for the civil service in the Central and Eastern Divisions is being reviewed.
Civil servants in the Northern and Western Divisions have been told not to go to work today.
