Students of 22 schools affected by Tropical Cyclone Evan in the Western Division are expected to receive assistance in terms of tarpaulins, tents and school-in-a-box kits.
UNICEF is assisting the Ministry of Education with these items.
Assets Management Unit Principal Education Officer, Matavuso Kotobalavu said the donation is timely as schools open next week.
