The Suva City Council has already prepared a team for Tropical Cyclone Evan.
Special Administrator Chandu Umaria said this team has been ready since November for the cyclone and hurricane period and will be called in at any time to assist.
Umaria said even with the City already putting up the Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree in Sukuna Park they will bring it all down if necessary.
