More than 14 people being questioned for alleged FLP meeting
More than fourteen people are currently being questioned for allegedly having a Fiji Labour Party meeting without a permit in Lautoka.

Permanent Secretary for Information, Sharon Smith Johns said the people were having a meeting last night when police were informed.


Fiji Labour Party leader Mahendra Chaudhry said former Labour parliamentarian, Vyas Deo Sharma was part of the group that was drinking grog at a Vaivai residence. 

He said it was not a meeting and he also revealed that he was questioned a few weeks ago when he was in Ba.
