Final Comp Off to Slow Start

The final competition in the World Hobie Cat Championship got off to a slow start this morning in Laucala Bay.

Team Fiji captain Graham Southwick said there was a delay in the start due to rainy conditions but things should go well as they have been getting enough wind to have the race.

Southwick said after the good performance in the Youth and Grandmasters races, Team Fiji is expected to also do well in the Open event.

Team Fiji yesterday finished in 8th place in the Youth division and was placed 11th in the Grandmasters event.
